Application Step
Surface preparation :
It should be sanded, repaired, dust collected according to the site basic condition; Correct substrate preparation is critical for optimum performance. Surface should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose particles, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
Primer :
1) Mix primer in a barrel (After a long time of transport, paint will have the phenomenon of layering, so in the open barrel cover after the need to stir), fully mix and stir in 2-3 mins until without equal bubbles;
2) Rolling primer evenly with long hair roller at 1 time (as the attached picture show).The main purpose of this primer is to seal the substrate completely and avoid air-bubbles in the body coat. According to the absorption condition of substrate, a second coat may be required;
3) 24 hours later hard dry (in normal temperature 25℃ );
4) Inspection standard for the primer: even film with certain brightness.
Marble texture top coating :
1) Mix marble texture top coating in a barrel, fully mix and stir in 2-3 mins until without equal bubbles;
2) Spraying top coating evenly by spray gun at 1 time (as the attached picture show);
3) 24 hours later hard dry (in normal temperature 25℃ );
4) Inspection standard for the top coat: Non-sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print if you scratch the surface;
5) Uniform colors and without hollowing.
